Clipp's Mill Cabin and Yellow Springs Run Cabin are $150/night on prime weekends (holidays, festival weekends etc.) but are otherwise $135/night for two night stays.  Third nights are $100/night on holiday weekends but are $90/night otherwise.  All fourth and subsequent nights are just $45/night. Clipp's Mill Cabin now has an open canoe guests can take to nearby waterways. Except at Thistle Hollow, there is a fee for pets: $25 for up to 4 nights and $50 per week. There is no additional charge after 2 weeks. No sales tax is charged for stays of a month or more. Specials Stay a While Discount.  Third nights are 1/3 off.  Fourth and subsequent nights are 2/3 off.  Midweek Discount. For midweek stays, we offer 1/3 off all three nights on a three night stay.  Midweek stays are stays exclusively between Sunday and Thursday, except for Sunday before a Monday Holiday and the eve and evening of major holidays. Last Minute Getaway. A one-night booking may be made for a Friday or Saturday, if booked within four days of arrival. (Subject to availability.) Large Parties. A 10% discount is offered for simultaneous multiple rentals. This applies to: Any combination of: Clipp’s Mill, The Wash House, and/or Howserz Misteke or The combination of: Congress Cottage, and Yellow Springs Run. Will Ye Not Come Back Again. Guests who are returnees (either returning to the same Rustic Retreat or staying at another one) are offered a complementary extra night on any stay of three nights or more. Official Business. We offer GSA rates on midweek nights for travelers on government business. In this case, we also will waive the two-night minimum at the Wash House. Reservations Reservations are required. Reservations can be made by telephone, with our on-line booking form or by emailing us directly at rusticretreatsmdwv@yahoo.com. Payments We will hold the nights you request and email (or mail if preferred) an invoice to you. For stays of less than a week, full payment will be due within 7 days of booking. For stays of a week or longer, $300 will be due within 7 days of booking, with the balance due one month prior to the start date of the stay. Upon receipt of the first payment, we will email (or mail if preferred) full information for accessing the property, directions, local amenities etc. Refunds and Credits For cancellations made at least 14 days prior to the start date of the stay we will issue a full refund by check. In the event of a late cancellation we will credit payments received towards another rental.
